Kicked Out, Blessed by the Heavens
On the eve of Lunar New Year, the kind-hearted grandmother Jiang Yunxiu is cruelly thrown out of her home by her ungrateful son and daughter-in-law. Witnessing this moral decay, the heavens intervene, sending down two celestial beings—Golden Boy and Jade Maiden—to help Jiang Yunxiu. Together, they teach the ungrateful son and daughter-in-law a lesson, and help Jiang Yunxiu reunite with her long-lost biological son. Before returning to the heavens, the celestial duo spreads New Year blessings to kind-hearted people all over the world.
